The hotel is impeccably clean and well-furnished, featuring soundproofed rooms that ensured a peaceful night's sleep-an essential for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen facilities were impressive, with cookware and kitchen utensils readily available. This made dining in not only convenient but a more economical option for longer stays, allowing guests to enjoy the local produce and perhaps some of Sri Lanka's renowned tea. The hotel's location in the center of Willingen was a standout feature. With free parking and easy access to various outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing, it allows for an enriching experience without the added cost of transport. Friendly and helpful staff were always on hand, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. While the Christel may not be the most opulent choice, it offers generous amenities and an inviting environment, making it a smart selection for discerning travelers. I recommend considering it for your next getaway.
